DELIVERY

We aim to deliver your orders within 3 business working days…  If your item is out of stock we will contact you with an estimated delivery date or alternative.

RETURNS

We are sure that you will be happy with any purchase you place with us. However, in the unlikely event that you are not satisfied, we offer a 14-day, no questions asked, returns policy on all of our products.

Products returned to us must be securely packaged, and in an unused, resalable condition, with any tags attached. We also recommend that you obtain proof of postage and use recorded delivery. Postage costs on returns are the customer’s responsibility.

If requested, a full refund will be given to the value of the goods, less any postages costs, usually within 7 days upon receipt of the returned goods. Defective products will either be exchanged at no extra cost to the customer or a full refund (including postage charges) will be given.

EXCHANGES

If you wish to exchange a non-faulty product (i.e. for a different style/size/colour) then postage will be re-charged at your rate.

This does not affect your statutory rights. Your rights to return goods are protected under the EU Distance Selling Directive (ENGLAND AND WALES).

PAYMENT METHODS
When you submit your order, you will be transferred to the PayPal secure server where you can choose to pay with your credit or debit card (you do not require a PayPal account) or you can choose to pay using your PayPal account balance or linked bank balance.

We also accept cheques, Postal Orders, and bankers drafts made payable to M Mchugh, and PayPal payments to groomingtailsuk@btconnect.com

GroomingTails Direct does not store or have access to any financial information such as credit card numbers, or personal information. Your sensitive financial information is securely stored on PayPal’s servers and is heavily guarded, both physically and electronically.
